These terms govern use of the Tech Partners website only. Any project or service is governed by a separate signed contract; nothing on this site forms part of that contract or modifies it.
Nature of the content
Published content — including services, examples and figures — is for general information. It is not a binding offer and implies no commitment to a specific outcome. Binding proposals are issued in writing in the company name, with a defined scope, price and validity period.
Submitting a request
By submitting the form you confirm the details entered are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them on behalf of your organisation. We reserve the right not to respond to duplicate, automated or abusive submissions.
Intellectual property
The trademark, logo, site copy and design are owned by Tech Partners. They may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in each project contract.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on informational content without consulting us, or from a temporary interruption of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
