What we collect

When you submit the service request form on the Tech Partners site, we collect what you enter: full name, organisation, work email, mobile number, the service requested and project details, plus the optional fields (budget, timeline, how you heard about us).

We also log limited technical data tied to the submission: IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. This is used solely to protect the form from automated and spam submissions.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to respond to your request with a proposal or an initial consultation. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not send newsletters without an explicit opt-in.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a database on our own server, accessible only to the team members handling the response. Traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS.

Retention

We keep request data for the duration of our dealings and for at most three years from our last contact if no contract results, after which it is deleted. Requests tied to active contracts follow the statutory retention periods for commercial records.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with marketing parties. It may be shared only with our hosting provider as a function of running the service, or in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@techptnrs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The site uses your browser local storage only to remember your light/dark preference, and that value never leaves your device.
